SALSA ROJA
Ingredients
6 Tomatillos
A handful of Chiles de arbol, depending on how spicy you want this, take a small or larger handful.
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 cup of water
Directions
Roast the Red peppers.
Boil the tomatillos until they are a pale yellow-green all over
Finely chop the garlic. In a blender, blend all ingredients until evenly blended. Pour in a clean jar and store or serve with food immediately.
